Our association of 222 single family residences is comprised of the Legends and Stonewater homes that line various streets including Alborada, Smokesignal, Monticook, Moonsong, Sun Maiden, High Mesa and Bear Dance.  We are in a quiet corner of Westwood, a part of the Rancho Bernardo community of San Diego, California. See the map below - the common areas and open space within the boundary are our responsibility.

Our overall community standards, Architectural Review process and recreational facilities are provided through the dual-membership of our residents in the Westwood Club.  The City of San Diego maintains our streets, sidewalks and streetlights, and provides our police and fire service. Our kids are served by the renowned Poway Unified School District.

Your Board members are also your neighbors - all volunteer, not compensated, and here to serve on your behalf.  Please consider taking an active part in our Association - take a look at the calendar and attend a meeting or get in touch with a Board member. Our association maintains significant open space areas, slopes and trail easements that add to the "sunrise to sunset" beauty of our area.  We are governed by Covenants, Codes and Restrictions ('The Rules') posted on this website and provided to all new homeowners.
