The Legends HOA Board of Directors is always interested in suggestions from homeowners about how we may be able to improve our community. Please provide your suggestions, comments, and productive feedback below. In addition, HOA members (homeowners) are always welcome to attend the monthly Board of Directors meetings and speak in the Homeowners Forum at the beginning of each meeting.
Requests for information can also be specified below. Such requests are handled as indicated in our governing documents.
To file complaints or reports of CC&R violations within the Legends and Stonewater communities, please use the page titled “Reports Issues or Violations.”
Your all-volunteer Board of Directors is currently comprised of the following individuals, each serving a two-year term. Elections are held every spring for the openings created when terms expire. HOA members interested in maintaining or improving our community standards should consider running for a Board position!
